According to the numbers, we see a growth of 96%, where since 2023 Multicaixa Express has been the preferred channel for Angolans to carry out banking operations, with emphasis on consultations.
BUT: Multicaixa Express application represents 46% of transactions on the network, reveals report
After all, the amounts transacted through Multicaixa Express already represent 46% of the total amounts moved in the multicaixa network, which demonstrates that, despite the fears about the security of the system that have given rise to concerns among users, there is a change in the profile of the banking customer and greater penetration of digital channels in the market, as solutions to facilitate transactions, allowing speed in operations, as well as responding to constraints encountered in various services, such as flooding in ATMs, queues and long waiting times for utility payments.
Multicaixa Express is a digital channel that allows the user to associate a set of multicaixa cards with the mobile application, which allows bank customers to make payments, bank transfers, consultations, requests for withdrawals without a card, in addition to managing cards, all from one cell phone.
