It should be noted that the BAD B, Candy Crush and Overflow teams, all belonging to the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tecnologias e Ciências (ISPTEC), were the big winners of the 6th edition of the Angolan University Programming Contest - AOCPC.

The winners will receive laptop computers as a prize and will represent Angola in the African University Programming contest that will take place in Egypt, in the first half of December. The African teams that will qualify at continental level will participate in the world final, scheduled for next year.

The 2022 edition, which had more than 50 teams from more than 35 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the country, had a large number of novelties, such as the creation of the category of high school students, with the team called The Winners from the Medium Polytechnic Institute Smart Bits won 1st place.

The event took place at the ISPTEC multi-sport pavilion on the 13th and 14th of October last year, and each team was represented by three students and a coach.
