It works as follows: a technology called Just walk detects automatically when the products are removed or returned on the shelf. When you pick up a product, it goes straight to the in-app shopping cart, and the charge will arrive in the Amazon account.
There is still no information on the arrival of the store to other locations. It is worth noting that the idea is not unique to Amazon, so much so that there is already a boxless store in Sweden.
