For this 2023 edition, the central act will be overseen by the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTICS), while the coordination of parallel activities will be the responsibility of the National Space Program Management Office (GGPEN) in collaboration with Ambassadors for Space Education and national partners.

The program includes lectures and seminars given by experts from French, Portuguese and Japanese startups and representatives of the Angolan Space Program to share knowledge and experiences.

There will also be networking in order to create an environment in which startups, SMEs, GM and the general public can interact to foster cooperation initiatives in the space sector.

The activities will take place under this year's theme of World Space Week, which is “Space and Entrepreneurship”, in alignment with Strategic Axis 2 of the National Space Strategy: “Training and Promotion”, with an emphasis on highlighting Angola's achievements in the space sector to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

According to what was revealed and to spark interest in space technology, GGPEN invites educational institutions and society in general, such as public and private institutions, companies, science and research centers, museums, community centers, radio, television and digital influencers, to carry out small activities related to space and the annual theme across the country.
