Angola Cables presents data sharing solution in Brazil

Angola Cables, announced, during the opening of the 10th edition of ABRINT (Brazilian Association of Internet and Telecommunications Providers), the event, which annually brings together the largest operators in the sector in the South American continent, which recently started its IP operations in Brazil, which thus extends its network of peering (exchange of traffic between Internet service providers (ISPs).

The multinational used the event to highlight the benefits that are being generated by Monet, a project that aims to boost the sector in the African and American continent. According to Artur Mendes, commercial director of Angola Cables, the completion of this circuit will make the spectrum sharing capacity available to the market, in addition to high data traffic transmission capacities for users of our network, and an integral system management.

Artur Mendes explains that, with the possibility of spectrum sharing, we can offer large players a differentiated service, such as virtual optical fibers. In turn, development in IP operations is optimizing network performance, reducing latency and ensuring greater connectivity to the market.

Angola Cables, became the newest DE-CIX reseller, world leader in Internet Exchange services (IX). The partnership aims to offer remote peering solutions and connectivity to its customers and thus reach the main DE-CIX hubs in North America and Europe.
