Whoever was attentive, should know the contest promoted by Infrasat, called “Technological talents“. To compete, participants created a technological project (product or service), based on new information and communication technologies, with mandatory use of telecommunications and having an impact on the daily life of society.
On July 31, the winners of the contest were announced, which had more than 70 participants. The competition jury was made up of representatives of institutions that operate in communication and information technologies, with emphasis on Angola Telecom, INACOM, SISTEC and the Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technology (ISUTIC).
The top spot was occupied by Euclides Manuel Congo, a student in the Electronics and Telecommunications course at the Faculty of Engineering (Universidade Agostinho Neto). The winning project was “Traffic jam detector through road communications".
