[Angola] CNE adds more technology, SMS will be used

I spoke here as discover the usa polling station using the CNE website.

Given that the great majority of Angolans still do not have access to the Internet, the National Electoral Commission decided to activate Plan B.

Plan B includes our well-known SMS (text messaging), much more accessible to the majority of the Angolan population. Unitel and Movicel are witnesses.

How to proceed to discover your polling station?

1. Enter the card number, followed by the group number (these data can be obtained on the electoral card)
2. Send one message to 114
3. We will receive a message containing the indication of the polling station, table and the notebook containing our name, page and order number

It seems like we are getting organized, now there will be no excuses to ignore the polling station sites.
