In a fast reaction sample, Movicel tries to win the generation that consumes the most data / voice, the young. Nicknamed Generation M (M of Mobile, Mobile). Therefore, it presents a new monthly plan of data + voice which includes the following:
- 300 minutes between mobile
- 400 SMS
- 10 MMS
- 1GB internet
- In-person Facebook Zero (the version that can be accessed even without balance, but we can not see photos)
To join the plan, the user must upload balance equivalent to 1250 AKZ and then send a SMS with any content for the 19308.

I want to try the data plan of the movicel on the pc, but with this tip, I think I'll put it right here hehehehe.
Movicel has to win judgment. Their voice and internet services are a pity, not to say disgusting.
What they have to do is improve the garbage (I'm sorry I'm very upset with Movicel) that they have offered us, identify the cause / causes of the problems, such as cuts in the middle of the calls, improve coverage in Luanda and only then offer us more services.
The truth is that movicel as a service provider has much to improve.
This Movicel must be the company that raises the most rates within a single year.
Using the internet here is trying to stay poor.
