A Angola Telecom will undergo restructuring to promote digital acceleration and the rise of broadband, as well as improving the social conditions of human capital, according to the chairman of the Board of Directors of Angola Telecom (PCA), Adilson Miguel dos Santos.
Speaking during the closing of the Extended Board of Directors of Angola Telecom 2024, which took place under the motto: Towards Modernization and Transformation, Guiding Angola Telecom towards an Innovative Future, the manager reported that he intended to continue ensuring the success of the telephone company.
Adilson Miguel dos Santos also highlighted that the national broadband network is an infrastructure that will promote significant gains for the national economy, promoting technological innovation and boosting the productivity of various services, whether public or private.

In its speech, the PCA also commits to following up on the sector's challenges, in line with the targeted challenges, mainly with regard to telecommunications infrastructures.
According to the PCA, the social benefits of human capital, related to motivational actions, with a view to designing the improvement of the institutional environment, as well as investment, training of employees with margins for improvement are part of the institution's commitment.
