Angola will have the first behavioral and vocational profile analysis platform, with the aim of offering an individualized and complex overview of the respondent, considering various types of information for analysis, called “Global Vocational Assessment”.

The creation of the innovative technological platform is the authorship of the Angolan edtech "GVA“, graduated in the 2019 edition of the Acceleration Program of Founder Institute Luanda, where it will be released tomorrow, January 31st, at Mediatheque August 28th.

According to what was advanced, the platform comes after years of work in adapting the "product-market-fit" and testing period of the MVP pilot project, and it will take various types of information for analysis, such as predominant profile, style leadership, decision-making, best area of ​​expertise, motivators and fears, behavioral skills and strengths of the profile, to better understand the personality and potential skills of individuals.

With it, educational institutions in Angola will be able to identify the student's personality profile; Identify the courses and professions that best suit the student; Identify the interests, values, qualities and abilities of each student.

Companies will be able to use the platform for Selection Recruitment; Identification of the candidates' behavioral profile; Leadership style and motivations of employees; Identification of skills and needs for behavioral and technical training and others.
