There are confirmations that the social network is testing a new feature on the pages, which will allow companies to add job opportunities. This new feature will be called “Jobs”And for all indications it will facilitate the work, both of the candidates and of the companies who have their pages within the social network.
According to a Facebook spokesperson, there are confirmations of the tests of this new resource, which in Portuguese will be called “recruitment resources. he also pointed out that based on the behavior that the company has noticed on Facebook, small companies post about job vacancies on their pages, so the company is doing a test so that page administrators can create job offers within this social network.
There is also information that points to the fact that for users to apply, they will have to click on a button “Apply”, which in turn will open a register, pre-filled with the public information of the user's profile. Thus, the process would be streamlined without the candidate having to fill in the same information every time. With this new feature, it is believed that Facebook will once again compete with the LinkedIn. We must remember that Facebook already has the market Workplace, which is its social network strictly aimed at the business branch.
