AngoSat-1 could end the phenomenon "no system"

Recently the SISTEC, in partnership with IBM , launched a platform that aims to end the lack of system in the Angolan banks, but this problem still exists.

O launch of the first Angolan satellite has been postponed recently, but it is believed that by placing it in orbit, there will be improvements in telecommunications services in Angola, MTTI.

The margin of an interview granted to Novo Jornal, Diogo de Carvalho PCE of the Infrasat (the company responsible for AngoSat-1's band marketing) is confident of improving the provision of services by Angolan companies with the operation of the first Angolan satellite.

With the satellite in orbit, what could be the end of the “no system” phenomenon?

According to Infrasat's PCE, it is redundancies that do not have a system. We have fiber all over the country, and if there is a cut, communication fails. But this “no system” phenomenon will disappear if we have satellite redundancy.

He also stressed that, the current equipment is prepared to perform the cut and automatic switching to the other means of communication without the end customer realizing it. That is one more reason to say that the satellite and the fiber are complementary.

Do you agree with this point of view?

  1. I can not believe! The end of the “no system” phenomenon, are we looking at the root of all problems or creating imaginary paradigms ??? You can see to believe, the same as saying that after Lauca we are no longer going to check the power cut in our homes. Let's be more realistic, so that there is a lack of system it does not depend only on the circuits in which the routers are connected, there are other factors that are not few.
