A Movicel and Vodafone have recently signed a partnership that will allow Movicel to receive experiences that Multinational Vodafone has to offer in the field of telecommunications, according to António Rocha, executive and commercial director of Movicel.
Antônio Rocha, said that this partnership signed by the two telecommunication bodies will last for two years and hopes with many he expects the improvement in the provision of his services.
According to Movicel's executive and commercial director, the partnership has two components, a consultancy component in which vodafone will work with movicel in order to identify and propose improvements based on the experiences it has in the market, involving all areas of the technical company , commercial and financial. Experts will be involved in the partnership, not only on network issues, but on information and customer service systems.
With the partnership, movicel will have access to vodafone's services and access to some of its supplier networks that can make equipment more accessible. the project will not involve the exchange of capital, the national operator will enter into a set of operators with which vodafone has a preferential agreement.
