
The startups “Biorec”, “MathFixe” and “Luanda Lunar” were the big winners of the Investment Center of the 3rd edition of the AngoTic, taking home 1.000.00, 700.000 and 500.000 kwanzas, respectively.
During the first two days of the event, more than 20 startups passed through the Investment Center of the technology fair, where an evaluation committee made up of representatives from the sponsoring companies (PayPay and Avança) and several entrepreneurs will review the pitches and select the most promising projects to be the big winners.
Here are the winning startups:
Biorec: It is a startup that aims to promote mobility for people with physical disabilities for better social inclusion.
MathFixe: Startup that offers an effective, engaging and gamified mathematics teaching solution for students from the first to the third cycle of elementary school in Angola.
LuandaLunar: Innovative startup focused on space education, inspiring and educating the next generation of space enthusiasts with interactive experiences.
BUT: ANGOTIC 2024: Africa needs to improve digital infrastructure
This year's edition of Angotic took place under the motto “Digitalize, Connect and Innovate”, which enabled the sharing of experiences and knowledge that enhance the creation of an environment conducive and attractive to private investment, among others.
ANGOTIC is a global event on information and communication technologies, held and promoted by the Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication.
