anonymous1The largest group of hackers and activists in the world "Anonymous" reported that it attacked Angolan government websites in protest of the release of political prisoners, and freedom of expression, in the operation OpLusofonia, LiberdadeJa.

Identified by Guy Fawkes' mask, Anonymous says they fight for a cause of equality and freedom of expression, as these are the laws in force in almost everyone, they fight and protest that these laws are fulfilled and that everyone can enjoy them in the best possible way.

Since last Friday 20 of November, the Anonymous Legion Portugal denounced that they attacked hundreds of political sites belonging to the Angolan government, demanding the immediate political prisoners (the famous case 15 + 2) and calling for freedom of expression and more equality in the country, in operation #OpLusofonia, #LiberdadeJa. Keeping the Angolan government sites inaccessible such as: www.governo.gov.ao; www.embaixadadeangola.pt; www.luanda.gov.ao; www.tribunalsupremo.ao; www.scm.gov.ao; www.tourconstitutional.ao.

According to the publication on one of their Facebook pages, they say that “the fact that the media do not speak out, they will continue to fight for a better world! We are anonymous. We have not forgotten. We do not forgive. EXPECT US! ”. We know that Anonymous is a very persistent group, following a “Cause”, we can expect more attacks from them on Angolan sites, in case the demands are not met.

All sites listed above are already operational (No pictures found that demonstrate the action )

Here are the statements of the activist group:

We are here to strengthen an independent relationship between all peoples of the same language with the same will in life. Freedom. We will denounce and unmask all the relations of interest between governments and powers - Anonymous Portugal.

It is noteworthy that the Anonymous group operates on its own around the world, by people who share the same ideology, without the help of any State / Government.

We Are Anonymous - Anonymous

Anonymous, according to them, is a group of hacktivism that fights for freedom and free expression, and it is not a good idea to cross your path. An example was the case of the United States government, when it tried to ban donations made to the Wikileaks website that survives from those donations. They started a campaign of attacks on major payment systems, taking down sites like PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Using as much as they could from the Low Orbit Ion Cannon program.

We can see their publication on one of their Facebook pages, here.

Its motto is:
We are Anonymous (We are anonymous),
We are Legion (We are a legion),
We do not forgive (We do not forgive),
We do not forget (We do not forget),
Expect Us! (Wait for us)
