After several rumors about a new version of AirPods, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), made the AirPods Pro official. They are smaller, have an in-ear shape, live in a different case, and are the first from the US company to offer active noise cancellation.
As the Cupertino company says, AirPods Pro are designed to deliver immersive sound with the Active noise cancellation. This will produce a clear sound around you with the Transparency mode and a customizable fit for comfortable all-day wear. Like AirPods, AirPods Pro connect to the iPhone or the Apple Watch in a simple pass.
Designed to bring you more comfort and fit, the headphones come in three different sizes of rubber from their tip, bringing you a more immersive sound experience. AirPods Pro also feature an innovative ventilation system to equalize pressure and minimize the discomfort that earbuds can bring to some people.
In the product description, Apple explains that if you turn on Transparency mode, AirPods Pro let in outside sound so you can hear and connect to everything around you. This way, the outward and inward-oriented microphones allow the AirPods Pro to override the insulating effect of the silicone tips so that the sound is as natural as when talking to people around you.
AirPods Pro hit the US market on October 30, costing US $ 249. That same day they arrive in other 25 countries.
