Bloomberg is moving forward with the news that the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is preparing a tool for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to rival the Chat GPT da OpenAI.
According to the publication, the AI in question is known internally as 'AppleGP', with the real name reportedly being 'Ajax'. The sources that confirmed the project said that Apple has several teams involved, noting that one of them is specifically dealing with privacy issues.

It is not known what Apple's objective will be in creating an AI tool similar to ChatGPT, but, given that the technology is proving to be highly promising for the future of mobile phones, it is likely that Cupertino technology will want to guarantee this path.
