Apple presented, this Wednesday (15), the second generation of Vision Pro virtual reality glasses.

According to the company, the new model comes equipped with artificial intelligence features, longer battery life, and more advanced screen rendering.

The device now uses the M5 processor, developed by Apple itself. According to the brand, this chip ensures faster performance, sharper images, and longer battery life. In the United States, the new Vision Pro hits the market with a base price of $3.499.

The operating system is visionOS 26, which integrates the features of Apple Intelligence – the company's artificial intelligence platform.

“Integrating widgets into the user's virtual space allows them to reappear whenever Vision Pro is activated, making it easier to perform tasks like checking the time or weather, listening to music or podcasts, decorating the space with photos, or accessing ChatGPT,” Apple explained.

The company also guarantees that the glasses provide access to more than a million applications and hundreds of 3D films that can be watched directly on the device.

In addition to the United States, the new generation of Vision Pro is now available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
