The next event of the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it will be virtual, due to the constraints caused by the pandemic, but the company will not contain itself in the presentation. Four new will be announced iPhones with 5G technology.
Apple will present two models of 5,4 and 6,1 inches for the standard versions; and 6,1 ”and 6.7” for the iPhone Pro models. The Pro models will have a stainless steel rim, while the standard versions will use aluminum.
In addition to smartphones, Apple is expected to announce a number of other new devices. Thus, two Watches will appear - a successor to Series 5 and a replacement for Series 3 - and a 10,8 ”iPad Air with smaller bezels and Touch ID on the power button (like the 2019 iPad Pro).
There should also be a smaller and cheaper HomePod and over-the-ear headphones with Apple's own name (instead of Beats). Finally, there should be a new Apple TV, although it should not be released until next year.
A specific date has not yet been set for the launch of the new terminals, but Apple has already confirmed that it will be later than what happened last year (when it hit the market on September 20). THE Bloomberg reveals that the standard versions will be made available earlier than the Pro versions and that the Cupertino company believes that there will be strong demand.
