While the rumors about the apple smart watch do not stop growing, it seems that begins to give more reasons for all confirm the future release of a wearable device.

This certainty was reinforced by the confirmation that Apple registered a patent for a device similar to a smart bracelet improved. The patent describes a way to substantially improve the accuracy of how the bracelet counts the steps by determining where the wearer is wearing the bracelet and adjusting it in ways to get the best result.

The patent specifically details the automatic detection of when the device is on a person's wrist and when a person starts running , making it less susceptible to false positives caused by arm movement. The device can also determine when it is being used on a person's torso, or near the waist, and instead of using the motion arm to determine movement, the device will take into account the changes in gravity that occur when a person is moving relative to the severity of a resting person.

This Apple patent could be used on the long-awaited “iWatch” smart watch or on a bracelet similar to that of Samsung, Gear Fit.

But bear in mind that large companies register a large number of patents, but not all of them reach the surface ...
