Canalys' latest report on mobile phone sales for the fourth quarter of 2023 indicates that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), surpassed Samsung in terms of market share.
The report in question indicates that, in the fourth quarter, Apple achieved a market share of 24% (25% at the end of 2022), more than Samsung's 17% (20% at the end of 2022). Thirdly, we find the Xiaomi with 13% of the market (11% at the end of 2022).

IDC also notes that Apple surpassed Samsung in the number of mobile phones sent to stores. This market analysis company's report suggests that Apple shipped a total of 234,6 million iPhones to stores, compared to the 226,6 million devices shipped by Samsung.
