BlackBerry announced yesterday its new smartphone "Passport"Which brings him back to his genesis of smartphones with physical QWERTY keyboard, but this time in a square format.

The main components of its interior are made up of a quad-core 801 Snapdragon processor, 3 GB of RAM, 3.450 mAh battery with 30 announced hours of use and a 13 megapixel camera. The exterior has 9,4 mm thick, an IPS square screen of 4,5 inches with a resolution 1440 × 1440 pixels and a physical keyboard that has a sensor that allows scrolling between documents or Web pages.

On that hardware runs BB 10.3, which is far behind existing mobile OSs, bringing with it a choice of unobtrusive applications that can be improved with the Amazon Appstore, which was the store chosen by BlackBerry for its smartphone.

BB 10.3 also brings the BlackBerry Assistant, your voice assistant to cope with Google Now, Siri and Cortana. There is also another news, perhaps the most awaited, that is the BlackBerry Blend a new app that takes the contents of your smartphone, such as sms messages, emails, call notifications and more to computers and tablets. The program that can be installed on Windows, Mac, iOS or Android and allows you to establish a connection between your BlackBerry and these OSs via Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G or USB.With this app the BlackBerry allows users to enjoy all the security of the BlackBerry network to access your personal and professional content using the device of your choice.

It will be difficult for this smartphone to have room for the conventional users but surely the focus of the Passport is directed to governments and businessmen. Passport will be released in over 30 countries and will cost you 599 dollars (more or less 59.900 kwanzas).
