Those who had the chance to visit the official website of the National Bank of Angola during the weekend noted that there is a prominent alert for all who have received or will receive a communication on behalf of the bank. According to the statement, the BNA acknowledged the disclosure of a fraudulent e-mail message, the subject of which is "National Bank of Angola, satisfaction questionnaire".

The National Bank of Angola became aware of the disclosure of a fraudulent e-mail message, the subject of which is "Banco Nacional de Angola, satisfaction questionnaire".
This is a procedure where, via an e-mail address listed in the Annex, users respond to a questionnaire via a link, created for the purpose of erasing and / or changing data from financial service providers, account codes , banking co-ordinates, under the pretext of standardizing system requirements and the banking environment, recommending the submission of the completed questionnaire by May 25.
In this regard, the National Bank of Angola clarifies and warns of the following:
1 - The referred message does not correspond to the truth, as no Notice or Instruction was issued, instruments used by BNA, to change rules and procedures to be adopted by financial institutions;
2 - Under no justification should it be disclosed to strangers, company or personal information or data, bank accounts or making any payments.
3 - If you are involved in an attempt to cheat by the mechanisms mentioned above, you must report the fact to the competent police bodies.
