BNI launches service to raise money in Multicaixa, even without a card

Last year much was said about the service that would allow the cash withdrawals at ATMs (Multicaixa), even without a card. After some time without news related to this service, behold the BNI announced that the service will be available starting Monday, 30 April 2018.

The service can even be used by anyone who does not have an account with BNI. However, it will be active in Multi-Band with BNI stamp, that is, that are installed in BNI agencies.

The service will be very useful for those who do not have a multi-card and do not want to face the usual queues to do surveys in the agencies.

How does the service work?

The bank described the operation in 3 simple steps:

1. The BNI Client generates a code in the ATM with its Multicast Card;
2. The BNI Client sends the code to the Client or non-Client that wishes to raise the money without the Multicaixa Card;
3. The Customer or Non-Customer, upon receipt of the generated code, may move to a nearby ATM to enter the code and carry out the cash withdrawal.

For customers, the bank promises greater control, security and comfort over the "Lwithout the Multicaixa Card", With the alerts in the official channels:

• Service BNI SMS / E-MAIL Alerts
• Internet Banking
• BNI Contact Center

Now it remains to be seen whether the other banks in Angola will follow suit ...
