
The province of Cabinda will gain an Integrated Technological Training Center (CINFOTEC), whose mission objective is to provide professional training and create jobs for young people.
The construction of the technological infrastructure will last 15 months, and will be built in an area of 11 thousand square meters, next to the Chiloango Cultural Center, on the outskirts of the city of Cabinda, to accommodate 1.250 trainees per year.
CINFOTEC in Cabinda will have courses on “Integrated Energy System and Sustainable Transition”, “Information and Communication Technologies”, “Transport and Logistics”, “Metrology and Cross-cutting Areas”, “Mechatronics” and “Mechanics and Production”.

CINFOTEC in Cabinda will also have administrative service areas, library, auditorium with 100 seats, cafeteria, classrooms, laboratories, workshops, medical station, technical area composed of an Energy Transformation Station (PTE), generators, system pumping system and a water reservoir.
For the Minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, CINFOTEC is a high-standard technological center, which will require adequate monitoring from the Government of the Province of Cabinda and the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP), so that, definitely, you can have a desired level in a short term.
"CINFOTEC has already accustomed us to having a maximum level of professional training, with high-tech equipment, which will require trainees to have a curriculum that is up to par with the proposals.”, he said.
