
O Technological Center of Uíge (CFTU) last weekend held the 4th edition of the Technological Innovation Fair, which brought together more than 50 exhibitors, some of which came from the Medium Polytechnic Institutes in the provinces of Luanda and Cuanza-Norte.
In this edition, the Technological Fair once again promoted the sharing of knowledge, contributing to the dissemination and promotion of various technological inventions in order to encourage and give more credibility to instructions.
The event featured the presentation of more than 35 proposals for technological solutions to various problems, in the fields of education and teaching, health, agriculture, construction, renewable energy, industry, telecommunications, technological innovation, artificial intelligence and security.
The event lasted two days, where it covered topics such as “Importance of ICTs in the education and teaching process”, the “Impact of ICTs on the transformation of agricultural products”, “Impact of Social Networks on our lives”, among others.
BUT: Uíge Technological Center trains more than 250 young people
For the director of the Uíge technology center, Virgílio Cordeiro João, technologies continue to change the daily lives of people who seriously invest in them, which is one of the motivations for organizing the fair that has brought together young students with innovative initiatives, to try to solve problems various problems that afflict institutions in the face of the digital era we are living in.
Located in the city of Uíge, the institution baptized as the Technological Training Center of Uíge, includes five fully equipped training rooms and 13 incubators to install 12 companies that intend to provide services in that space.
It should also be noted that the Technological Training Center of Uíge has two training platforms, one for academia CISCO, where it will reference the certifications of an international scope and which will teach the courses on networks, among others.
