The company responsible for the tool Chat GPT, OpenAI, announced that its Artificial Intelligence tool could be used to help moderate content on forums and social networks – such as Facebook, Instagram and even Twitter.
OpenAI states that the GPT-4 version of ChatGPT can offer “a more positive view of the future of digital platforms” and be able to apply “a much faster iteration of policy changes, reducing the cycle from months to hours”. At this moment, the OpenAI notes that ChatGPT could be a worthy replacement for human moderators.

The company notes that the GPT-4 version is “able to interpret rules and even subtleties” in content, thus becoming much more consistent when cataloging different publications.
