China's plans are clear in the document from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that was shared by the Business Insider website, describing the intention to “make advances in key technologies” as is the case with brain implants.
In addition to this area, China also intends to continue investing in GPU chips, as well as strengthening investment in the area of quantum computers.
