The Chinese company Yalong Inteligent Equipment Group will improve the technological infrastructure of the National Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP), within the scope of a five-year partnership agreement, which will allow the sector to be modernized, equipped and developed.
The memorandum between the two institutions aims to reinforce cooperation actions for equipping training units, as well as the acquisition and supply of equipment for INEFOP's trainer training and technical support services.
The company Yalong plays an important role in the gearing of Higher, Technical and Professional Education in China's Education System, having the responsibility of adapting equipment created by the industry for teaching use.
The Chinese institution's mission is to structure the entire curricular and pedagogical component, in conjunction with universities and professional training schools, so that the industry can absorb the workforce.
BUT: Government wants INEFOP to have content centered on technologies
Yalong is an innovative high-tech company dedicated to the development of industrial software services and intelligent educational products.
According to what was revealed by the general director of INEFOP, Manuel Mbangui, and the president of Yalong, Chen Jiquan, the company Yalong will provide services to the Angolan industry, focusing on professional training aimed at the development of a modern industrial economy, as well as to the centers of the National Employment and Professional Training System, with greater emphasis on the Integrated Technological Training Centers (Cinfotec) in the provinces of Luanda and Huambo, to make them reference training institutions.
The agreement also provides for the development of the digital transformation of regional construction companies, development and acceleration of artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, agriculture and forestry.
INEFOP intends to take advantage of the technological advantages of the Yalong company, fundamentally, in the field of intelligent equipment, experience in building manufacturing training bases, use of cutting-edge technologies and solutions to enable digital and information construction.
