In July when the competition Apps For Angola, while exploring the rules of "a contest that aims to inspire and guide people to create mobile phone app concepts that could elevate, enhance and give value to the daily lives of the people of Angola"In the decision to participate I put into practice an idea that I believe to be very good, not only to participate in the contest but because it would be a very good channel for support and social information. I figured it out would be beneficial and advantageous to see Governmental, Social or even small Departments, Administrations, etc ... and society working together.
Imagine being notified that a route is being blocked or under construction before you even leave home or work for a message on your mobile phone?
With the interdiction of the Luanda Sul - 2 main road by Camama, the following alternative routes were opened.
The application would have many scenarios that would serve as communication between these institutions, companies with society (users).
Now imagine the society (users) can report different types of situations. Situations like accident, fire, theft, emergency, vandalism, police, among other scenarios that can be assembled and tested?
Can you report photos (pictures) taken by your mobile phone from somewhere or in an event?
Several scenarios that happen day by day and that could be reported by society (users) all day.
Our mission would be to refer all reported situations to the right institutions so they can do their job, and report back to the user as soon as that happens. And report the user on various notifications informed by these institutions that cover the social public.
We could see several scenarios as causes and for each cause there could be supporters, and anything else that could improve the application experience.
Users could monitor, propose and evaluate all the different scenarios and report.
The application would be one of the main channels of connection between government, institutions, companies providing services, etc ... with society. That is, working and transforming together.
The application would be minimalist and very practical for the purpose. With maps, notifications, a user profile and would grow as needed and experience gained as users were using it.
Can you imagine walking down a street and seeing this?
You could quickly reportar this by the application. Take a picture that maybe this was the image. Write what you are reporting "A pile of garbage in front of the School I'm passing." The application automatically picks up its location. You could report with your user profile or as anonymous. After you report, Our mission would be to forward your report according to its location for institution or the right place. It could be for the administration, for the company responsible for cleaning in that particular municipality, etc ...
Scenarios are as many as you can see. In this article I only tried to outline the role of the application and the utility of it. It would be an application that would work with the participation and support of all in order to improve this gap that exists between many institutions, companies providing services with their users and vice versa. Our role would be to contribute to closing this gap more and more.
