The Concierge app was recently launched, an app that brings the services of the closest personal assistant to each member. The app is available for smartphones and tablets with the system Android e iOS, and the download is free.
It is an innovative and personalized service. A mobile virtual personal assistant, available
24 hours a day just a click away from wherever you are.
Inspired by its members' experience and service usage routines, the app
aims to replicate Concierge's mobile service that provides members with a quick and intuitive search, booking or purchase at a touch and always available.
A The application is equipped with a smart search system that adapts to each customer's preferences offering a personalized shopping experience. The application records the most frequently reserved services, making them appear automatically in the Favorites area, making future searches easier. It also has a chat where customers can interact with assistants in real time.
