Cláudia Makadristo (Regional Director of Seedstars) kicked off, announcing that the Seedstars regional event at 2018 will be held in Tanzania in December.
The winner of the contest will go to Switzerland and have the chance to present their idea to investors, and can earn up to 1 Million Dollars in investments.

Kepya: "the digital agromercado of Angola”- a marketplace that connects everyone involved in the agricultural value chain and financial service providers. 2.7 billion USD is the total value of food imports in Angola. The objective is to lower this value as much as possible, taking advantage of the government's initiative to diversify the economy.
2ª Startup: Tellas
Tellas: A digital platform that shares the great films made in Africa with the world. It plans to build a studio to produce content and value the actors, directors and producers of African films.
3ª Startup: e-Angola
eAngola: a social network for students that facilitates and stimulates the learning process based on reality. It intends to promote content created by Angolan universities. The team has an interesting phrase: "Knowledge is in our hands".
4ª Startup: HS- Geo Survey Limited
HS- Geo Survey Limited: agricultural drones that allow you to collect and analyze aerial imagery data to monitor and stop pests and other problems in your crops. Startup will have data processing software to help farmers improve their production.
5ª Startup: Otchitanda
AE Otchitanda: a platform where everyone can sell and buy what they have, whether new or used products. The platform promises to bring ease of payment, which will differentiate it from other existing platforms.
6ª Startup: LV Digital
A platform of e-learning to increase access to quality higher education. A differential of this project is the follow-up of the trainees. Create a community where students have direct access to teachers and can interact with other students.
7ª Startup: Projepolis
a digital drug procurement platform with the goal of expanding access to health care. The project intends in the first phase to attend pharmacies and connect them to suppliers. In the near future the plan is to extend the company
8ª Startup: Kubinga
A peer-to-peer travel-sharing service for efficient mobility.
By bringing drivers closer to people who need transport, the project plans to increase the number of jobs in the country.
9ª Startup: BALUS
A platform for tournament management, designed for athletes and combat tournaments. The startup intends to extend the platform to other countries and other sports.
10ª Startup: Fix-Technologies
Fix-Technologies: an online ticket buying platform. The web platform www.bilhetesonline.co.ao aims to stop the costs of ticket printing.
