At the beginning of the year 2016, we show the worst passwords used by users in the year of 2015. Trying not to break the rule, this time we bring the worst passwords chosen by users last year, since we are still at the beginning of 2017.
It seems that many users do not want to leave the bad habit of using easy passwords, many of us still use passwords that are easy to access for most online accounts, which is certainly quite a risk. THE Gemalto recently surveyed 9 1,000 consumers worldwide, including the UK and the US, and found that 70% of respondents believe that responsibility for protecting and protecting customer data resides in companies.
So it's no surprise that the annual list of most used passwords still contains strings and letters, that even hackers most basic could discover and use against the owner. In a study done, 10 million passwords that entered the public domain in 2016, thanks to data breaches, were analyzed and found that almost 17% of users still use the password "123456" to protect their accounts - the same password what appeared in the list first in the year of 2015.

A good way to choose a password that is secure and out of reach of hackers is to use "Microsoft tips that teach you how to choose secure passwords". In which it says: A good password should be eight or more characters, not your username, real name or company name, and in fact, not contain a complete word.
