The winners of the ClimateLaunchpad Angola 2023, the biggest competition dedicated to green business ideas and which now have to move to the Regional phase of the Competition.

1. Eco-Tint
With an innovative proposal and sustainable solutions, Eco-Tint took first place at Climate Launchpad Angola 2023. Specialized in the production of ecologically fire-retardant paints made from organic materials. The objective is to provide solutions that guarantee fire safety and, at the same time, reduce environmental impact and exposure to harmful chemicals. This startup has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to protecting the environment and promoting healthier and safer lives for everyone.
2. Junk App
Secondly, we have App Lixo, an initiative that not only addresses waste management effectively, but also encourages active community participation. Trash is a cause of disease and with predefined collection points, this application is a vital tool in the transition to a cleaner and more sustainable future.
3. Mpangui yha Tchya
In third place, we salute Mpangui yha Tchya, whose commitment to preserving natural resources is truly inspiring. Through the ethical principles of permaculture, it reuses public spaces and develops community gardens, recycling and waste management in communities. Their innovative approach to sustainable agriculture puts them on the podium of this remarkable competition.

The next stage of this exciting journey is the African Regional Final, scheduled for October 31st. After that, the 10 best startups on the continent will compete for the title and the opportunity to advance to the Global Final, where valuable prizes will be at stake.
