3520

Since November 01st, all public and private institutions present in the national territory are required to request the digital certificate from each and every user., based on the new Presidential Decree on the Situation of Public Calamity, updated on October 29, by the Minister of State and Head of the House of Security of the President of the Republic, Francisco Furtado.

In short, the presentation of the digital certificate, whether in paper or digital format, is now mandatory for every person over 18 who wants to access a restaurant, go to sports or musical shows, go to the cinema and theatre, as well as it is mandatory for participate in activities and meetings in closed spaces.

Knowing the importance of this item, from the beginning of this month, the MenosFios team together with the Ministry of Health of Angola (MINSA) brings to this section of our office information in its entirety on how you can send your request for the digital certificate . So, if you have already taken the two doses of vaccines present in our country (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sinopharm and Sputnik V) or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and you still don't have your digital certificate, you will find all the complete information on how you can make your request for the digital certificate.

For greater availability of information, we decided to guide the steps in numerical order, where we advise you not to "skip" any step, so that you can ask for your digital certificate at the end.

1. You have to scan your vaccination card, which proves that you have already taken two doses of vaccine (or a single dose from Johnson & Johnson), and a copy of your identification document (BI or Passport) in PDF format, and insert it into a removable disk(pendrive) so you can do the upload on the official MINSA website. You can scan your vaccination card and identification document at home or at work, if you have access to a printer in those two places, and if you don't, you'll have to go to a print shop(commonly called Kónica) and pay for that service. Please do not forget to guide the attendant to put the two documents in PDF format on your device, be a pendrive, memory card or yours smartphone.

2. Once you have your vaccine card in digital format on your device, as well as your personal identification document, access the official MINSA website, which is the https://www.vacina.gov.ao/ . To inform you that you can access the platform from any device that has internet access, be it a computer, smartphone ou tablets, that you'll have no problem accessing the platform's features, as it is fully responsive, that is, it can be accessed by any device. Also don't forget that you will access the platform through the browser present on your device, which is usually Google Chrome, Safari, Opera Mini, Mozila Firefox, Internet Explorer or the default browser.

3. Once you are on the MINSA home page(link in point 2.), go to the menu Certificate and Transcript and click on the sub-menu Request Digital Certificate. As soon as the page loads, an information will appear saying “We remind you that if you only have a dose of vaccine, it is not allowed to issue the certificate“, something that we have already passed the information on since the beginning of this matter. So, if you have all the doses of the vaccine you got, just close this information box, and a text box will appear to enter the number of your identification document, ID card or passport, which you used to register for the first dose of the vaccine. Just put the number of that document in full, without hiding a number, and then click on Check.

4. Then a box will appear with all your data (Name, Identification Document Number, Telephone, E-Mail, Sex and others), where it will ask you to confirm that they are correct. It should be noted that the phone number must be one that is currently active, because MINSA sends an SMS on the registered phone with the information that the digital card is already available. After verifying that all your data is correct, just click on Attach Documentation, which will open a box where you will have to "attach" the vaccination card and the personal identification document in the location you have saved in your electronic device, be it your computer smartphone ou tablet. When the files corresponding to your vaccination card and your identification document are loaded, just click on Send File, in that same message box that opened. After that, just click on Send request.
