A Dell Inc and EMC Corporation (Company operating in the segment of data storage, cloud computing, security of technologies), signed a definitive agreement in which Dell will become the owner of EMC Corporation in a deal valued at US $ 67 billion.
According to Dell, this is the largest acquisition made to date in the technology market. The amount represents a 28% increase in shares compared to 7 October, when the purchase process was totally unknown.
