Thanks to a study developed by researchers at the British University of Sheffield, it was possible to develop a tool that works as a GPS for genetic codes.

Imagine discovering from what zone your ancestors came with impressive accuracy, approximately 50 Km.

This is possible thanks to DNA sequencing, which was defined using a model with more than 100.000 DNA signatures. The researchers noted that many of the genetic codes had a geographic pattern, so they were able to identify where they came from, even though they moved later.

If you are curious, you can always find out where your ancestors came from, doing a DNA test, in some hospital here in Angola and send the results to DNA GPS tool.
