Today I bring you 3 very simple tips to facilitate the use of Microsoft Word, without further ado, here they go:

Tip 1: Highlight (select) an entire sentence with just one click

Clicking and dragging can be very painstaking, even for those who are more experienced. There is a much simpler technique, just hold down the Ctrl key and click on any word that the entire sentence will be selected. Mac users (just hold down the command key).

Tip 2: Search for edited points

If you press Shift-F5 you can check all the fields of the document that have undergone changes recently, this technique works even if you have closed the document, and thus returns the edit as soon as the document is opened.

3 Tip: Automatically Update Time and Date

Especially in companies and if not in your case, in general; Sometimes a document is used over and over and there is always that step that we do not forget that is rectifying the date, we can spare ourselves of this step if we allow Word to update the date automatically.
1: Click the Insert menu bar,
2: Look for the option Insert Date and Time and a window will open choose the date template.
3: Do not forget to enable the option: Automatically update.
Now the date will be automatically updated whenever you open or (print) the document. Mac users (Insert> Date (date) and Time (time)).
