One of the featured projects at Web Summit 2019 was led by startup Digital Factory, present in Angola and Portugal. Digital Factory launched the “Hire Me », a new application that aims to revolutionize the way businesses and professionals connect.

How does it work?

Na Hire Me, candidates present themselves quickly and simply by filling in some identification fields and their strong competencies associated with hashtags. They then make a presentation video of up to 1 minute with their mobile phone and can submit. The process is free.

And the companies?

On the business side the method is also very simple. They have access to an advanced search engine that searches people through the hashtags. After that they can enter the profiles and contact the candidate directly.

Official release

The official release of the application, which is now available for smartphones iOS e Android, took place at Web Summit in Lisbon.

In Angola, the application will be presented to December 5th, at the UNEXT event, to be held by Ucall, whose focus will be on positive innovation in the lives of companies, people and communities.
