To overcome this deficit, he suggested, it is necessary that national operators acquire sufficient capacities from companies such as Angola Cables, which has enough supply to meet market demand. He also advocated the need to strengthen the digital ecosystem, giving special attention to the innovations of the agents of the sector, as well as creating a national partnership / cooperation relationship, aimed at improving telecommunication services in the country.
