
More than 104 staff from the Integrated Public Security Center (CISP) in Benguela province recently received knowledge about digital security, as part of the digital awareness program.
The initiative was from Interbank Services Company, SA (EMIS) and aimed to improve the skills of staff in internet security and handling of mobile devices and social networks to promote products and create simple technological solutions for local businesses.
The training session also promoted integration among the staff, who left motivated and able to face the challenges of public security in the province.
According to Daniel Félix, representing the Provincial Director General of CISP, this training highlights the importance of continuous training for the corporation's staff.
He emphasized that digitalization can transform and optimize the services provided to the population.
He also stressed that the interaction between participants reflected the interest in applying the knowledge acquired in their daily activities.
The project "Digital Citizen” aims to expand access to digital services for the Angolan population and the initiative is in its third phase.
