Elon Musk's legal team involved in the current legal battle with the Twitter wants the trial of the case to take place on February 13, 2023, tells the Bloomberg.
"Twitter's sudden call for a speedy trial after two months of foot-dragging and obscuring is the latest tactic to hide the truth about spam accounts”, can be read in the complaint filed by Musk’s lawyers.

Note that Twitter has very different expectations for how the process should go, aiming for a four-day trial that would end before the end of September.
The Delaware court handling the case will make a decision this Tuesday, July 19th, so we won't have to wait much longer to hear how the case will be adjudicated.
