It is no longer new to many that, social networks are widely used to share many false news (fake news). A EMIS has been a target of these attacks, with the appearance of several fake pages associated with the company, with the aim of deceiving users of the services and products offered through the MULTICAIXA Network.
Therefore, in order to prevent such practices from continuing to happen, EMIS as a technological operator of the MULTICAIXA network has created an official page of the MULTICAIXA network, fulfilling all information requirements and in line with Facebook's community standards.
The purposes of creating this official page aim to give a greater focus on information management for users of services and products offered through the MULTICAIXA network, thus offering credible information to the end user of payment services. The official page of the MULTICAIXA network now created and launched on Facebook, called "MULTICAIXA ”, aims to promote security, financial literacy and the dissemination of good practices in the use of payment products and services offered by Angolan banks under the MULTICAIXA brand.
The MULTICAIXA page will therefore be the only official page with the MULTICAIXA logo and designation.
How are the existing fake pages?
On the other hand and in parallel, the process of denouncing some of the fake pages, started by Facebook, was initiated in the sense of being deactivated and eliminated from that social network. It will be a complex process for which the company hopes to count on the collaboration of all in this fight. In this sense, EMIS would like to thank you for denouncing any irregular activity on social networks that violates the MULTICAIXA brand.
