To close the year of 2013 on a large scale and celebrate 15's Multichoice Angola, we had the chance to have a small talk with the General Manager of Multichoice Angola, David Russel.
During the interview, we raised the issues that most Multichoice services, in this case the satellite television service. He also gave time to know about the history of the company, the difficulties it has encountered and, as it could not fail to be, the plans for its evolution.

1. LessFios (MF): One of the constant complaints is the delay in activating services. Is the company developing any solution to solve this problem?
David Russel (DR): Boosting the signal takes a maximum of 15 minutes. But the reinforcement only works if the payment has already reached the system and we send the signal back, that is, nowadays if you pay at a branch of Banco Sol, BNI, BAI, BCI ... the connection with our system it is automatic and takes less than 1 minute. 2. MF: In Angola there is talk of Digital Television that can bring several competitors to Multichoice. How does the company analyze the coming of this technology?
