On October 26, 2026, from 08:14 am to 20:XNUMX pm, BAI Academy held an event dedicated to innovation and technology at its facilities. The event called “LOG IN" brought together startups, experts and technology enthusiasts in a space focused on sharing knowledge, networking and developing solutions for current challenges.
O LOG IN brought together visionary minds to explore the impact of technology in Angola. With a theme on Innovation and Technology today presented by Darwin Costa and two round tables, where one addressed the Advances in Innovation and its Influence on the Future of StartupsAnd Future of Urban Mobility where the first was moderated by Paulo Dias and featured Elmer Gaspar (Acelera Angola), Artur Saul (TIS), Ângela Miranda (Project Manager) and Deslandes Monteiro (Business Consultant). The second was moderated by Luís José and featured Morato Custodio (Business Developer in the Fintech), Ivan Mugimbo (Yango), Adilson Camenha (Angola Cables) and João Baptista (ANTOSC).
The event also had exhibitors of various technological solutions from companies such as AKI PAGA, ANTOSC, DESMONTANDO, etc. One of the highlights of the event was the LOG IN Hackathon who had as mentors the Augusto Firmino e Niuka Casimiro, who were tasked with working with startups “Ady Analytics"and "SOMATEC“, who had 3 hours to develop creative and innovative solutions.
The LOG IN Hackathon The jury was composed of: Eng. Luís Fernandes (Executive Director of the BAI Academy), William Oliveira (General Director of TIS) and the representative of ANTOSC, Rene Lima. The winning team received On Job training at TIS as one of the prizes and another prize offered by Angola Telecom. In the final statements of the event, it was understood that the BAI Academy plans to organize the event again next year.
