The Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Information Technology, Pascoal Alé Fernandes, highlighted, in Luanda, the commitment of the Angolan Association of Information and Communication Technology (APETIC-Angola), to bring together generations, technology promoters and to seek intelligent solutions to support the Executive in implementing strategies for innovation and progress in the sector.

The minister was speaking at an event that took place in Luanda, under the motto "Uniting Ideas with Intelligent Solutions" held on the occasion of the celebration of the 3rd anniversary of APETIC-Angola, and which had a space reserved for the symposium in which "The bases for o Development of startups and incubators in the national technological sector”.

According to Pascoal Alé Fernandes, as the digital transformations that will change the country's future take place, this association remains a guiding light by remembering that the power of technology can overcome the most complex challenges.

The incessant search for innovative solutions and strategic partnerships by the Angolan Executive continues to reinforce the technological scenario, creating a favorable market environment, improving the performance of associations and other entities in the sector.

This cooperation, he said, demonstrates the Executive's strong commitment to creating a robust technological ecosystem by fostering a culture of innovation to facilitate the convergence of transforming ideas in the national economy.

The president of the association's Executive Board, João Cazola, made it known that the objective of the organization he directs is to promote professionals, students, companies, entrepreneurs, promoters and all specialties involved in the application of information technology. and communication.

In economic terms, this branch, today, should be seen as one of the spaces in the country that does its best for the normal functioning of companies. And, in this sense, the policies implemented by the State allow them to help institutions in different areas to achieve their objectives and have contributed to the reduction of costs, as well as imports.

With the creation of software in the country, he clarified, some manual processes were automated, they just need to be mapped and create the necessary requirements for their operation.

The official announced that the association will soon create spaces for the identification of students from secondary and higher education technical schools, affiliated to APETIC-Angola, for an internship period of at least three months in the area of ​​repairing mobile phones in the markets dos Congolenses and Kicolo as a way to help young people interested in being entrepreneurs in this field.

João Cazola, explained that APETIC-Angola will create an agreement with many of the technicians who operate in those commercial spaces to support young people who are still in the training cycle and beyond, and who are thinking of exchanging experiences to develop activities that consist of in responding to questions related to the technical component.

Following the agreement that will be established with the operators, a mapping plan can be presented, which at this time is already being drawn up, the needs of the companies and then culminate in more immediate solutions in the technical, operational and problem areas. more burning.

In this plan drawn up by the organization, multidisciplinary teams will be formed that will be able to benefit from internships to adjust theoretical knowledge to practical knowledge with existing technicians in the markets to provide essential answers to the most obvious questions that society and companies face.
