MIREX employees to receive Huawei certifications

In recent years, Huawei has had a strong presence in Angola, in a sector that the company well dominates, which is ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies), the company has donated technological equipment, support in staff training and not only . The said multinational that operates in Angola, has just initialed a new memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which aims to strengthen the knowledge of talent in Information and Communication Technologies of this institution.

The legal instrument was initialed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Esmeralda Mendonça and by the director-general of that company, Chu Xiaoxin. The document aims to promote cooperation in the field of training ICT talent, with a view to building an ecosystem that promotes capacity, as well as helping and increasing the capacity of IT services.

What is included in this memo? 

It is planned to make 500 hours of ICT training available to 50 civil servants to learn the latest technologies in the industry, XNUMX hours of Huawei certification training for ICT-related employees and participated in Huawei certification exams.

The training will include 5G motivation and industry progress, data communication networks and development trends, cloud computing, basic concepts and technology, engine in the digital age, cutting edge technology and trends and artificial intelligence.

The training actions aim to provide the best practices in the world, to improve the efficiency and experience of MIREX and help to improve the digital infrastructure, based on the videoconference system IdeaHub and wireless office network Wi-Fi 6, in order to respond to the Ministerial Department's office requirements and work scenarios.
