Several public servants are being educated on the precautions to be taken when sharing documents in social media groups and methods of preventing cyber attacks, in a training cycle by technicians from Data Protection Agency.
The training is part of the Data Protection Training Program for Public Institutions (PRODIP) of the Data Protection Agency (APD), and also served to clarify the employees of that ministerial Department about the general requirements for the processing and communication of personal data, as well as the procedures for the international transfer of the same.
The staff were also informed about the rights of citizens as holders of personal data and the importance of information security.
