War of Smartphones!

At the moment there are some smartphones that are considered dream, some by software, others by hardware specifications and still others by their design / finish. This list is summarized in: iPhone 5, Galaxy S4, HTC One, Nexus 4, Xperia Z, Galaxy Note 2, Nokia Lumia 920 and BlackBerry Z10.

Certainly if they were put on a table and asked to choose one, they would have a lot of doubts. How to solve this?

An English website, Wich?, known for promoting these heavy struggles between Gadgets, decided to do theirs and promote a real battle between 8's most highly rated smartphones and how could it not be, we share the results here.

First test: speed

This test serves to measure the performance of memory and processing, proving the real speed of the smartphone to run games with heavy graphics, edit a photo and, of course, the test of multiple tasks, that is, several applications running simultaneously.

As you can see in the image below, the Samsung Galaxy S4 completely dominated the competition, winning 3.188 points in the benchmark. On the other side of the table, in last place, was the iPhone 5, with 1.664 points. And there are no surprises here, the Galaxy S4 and its 1,9GHz quad-core processor (in one version) couldn't be beat. In 2nd place is the handsome boy from HTC, the famous HTC One with 2.798 points. Next comes Xperia Z, Google Nexus 4, Galaxy Note 2 and BlackBerry Z10

Second test: battery

When we buy a smartphone this is one of the characteristics to be taken into account. In this regard, Galaxy S4 came out to win again, with an average of 1,051 minutes for connections and 405 minutes for internet use with a single recharge.

As for the iPhone 5, it was the penultimate one on this list. We'll see if with the arrival of iOS 7 Beta things improve.

But in one detail the iPhone 5 managed to beat the rest: time it takes to fully recharge the battery. In 141 minutes on average the iPhone 5 will have the battery fully charged, while the Galaxy S4 takes 164 minutes average, which relegated it to the fifth position.

  1. iPhone = Status.
Samsung = More affordable price and better performance.
Now if what you want is liked on instagram, of course the iPhone wins. Huehuehue
