The building and condominium management application (GesCondo) has managed more than 70 buildings in Kilamba's central Luanda since May 2019.
According to the press release of the application's advisory, the company Eulolixa, which owns the application, has in its possession the management of 75 buildings in Kilamba's centrality. In addition to the Kilamba Centrality, he manages some buildings in the center of Luanda, Camama, Talatona, Nova Vida Project, Sequele Centrality and Zango 0.
Launched in 2019, the GesCondo app is the only app in the country specialized in property management, designed to increase transparency, interaction and organization in all aspects of administration, available to Android e IOS for residents and in the web format for managers.
For the developer and General Manager of the company that owns the app, Eulalio Xavier, the application was created with the aim of contributing to the technological development of the country and facilitating and providing transparent and accessible management for residents.
Eulálio Xavier, graduated in Computer Engineering, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of information and communication technologies, created Eulolixa Soluçoes LDA 6 years ago with the objective of providing cutting edge technology for micro, small and medium companies. He developed the GesCondo app about two years ago with the aim of facilitating managers and residents of condominiums and buildings.
